All diamonds of 0.20 ct and above are sold with an independent laboratory report. The report number matches the laser inscription on the stone's edge. For smaller stones a Lalezar care card and a purity-and-weight declaration are provided.

The sketch is ready the same day and the 3D model within three working days. After approval, casting, setting and polishing typically take 14 to 21 days. In busy periods (February, December) this can extend by seven days.

Yes. Your old jewellery is weighed, its purity measured and a written melt report given. All or part of the gold can go into the new piece; the unused part is credited at the current rate.

For every piece you buy, annual cleaning, a setting check and one free resizing of up to one size are included. Lost stones and impact damage are not covered and are repaired at cost.

White gold is in fact a slightly yellowish alloy whitened with rhodium plating. When the plating wears with use, yellowing can appear. Renewal is free in the first two years; afterwards the plating costs between 600 and 1,200 TRY.

Platinum is 95% pure, naturally white and less likely to cause reactions; being denser, the same design is roughly 40% heavier and costs more. White gold is lighter and more economical but needs rhodium plating.

Gold and platinum prices follow the daily rate. Prices on the site are starting prices; in the boutique a firm price is given at the current rate once the piece is weighed. For bespoke orders the rate at approval is locked for seven days.

We offer up to 12 instalments on credit card and up to 3 months interest-free by bank transfer. For bespoke orders 30% is paid in advance and the rest on delivery.
