About Us

The story of Lalezar Mücevher began in 1987 in a two-bench workshop on Kalpakçılar Başı street in the Grand Bazaar. Our founder Nevzat Olcay had a simple principle: weigh in front of the customer, show the stone under a loupe and deliver on the promised day. Today that principle lives on with our third-generation masters across five boutiques and two ateliers.

Our atelier

In our 420 m² atelier in Nişantaşı, 22 masters handle design, wax models, casting, setting and polishing under one roof. We do not mass-produce; even our collection pieces are made in small batches and checked one by one.

Our stone and metal policy

• Diamonds of 0.20 ct and above are sold with an independent laboratory report
• Treatment and filling information on coloured stones is shared in writing
• Gold and platinum are hallmarked and made from bullion and recycled raw material
• No stones from conflict regions are bought; suppliers file an annual declaration

A lifetime guarantee

Annual cleaning, setting checks and resizing are free for every piece you buy. If you want to redesign a piece years later, we credit your old gold at its weighed value.
