Jewellery rubs, knocks and meets chemical products in daily life. Regular care prevents both loosening of settings and lost stones.

Pieces handed in at our boutiques are sent to the atelier insured; most jobs are completed in three to five working days. For pieces bought elsewhere we also give a free assessment and a written quote.
Handover and guarantee
When a repair is finished the piece is ultrasonically cleaned, photographed and handed over with a written repair card. Every repair is covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee. For urgent cases we offer same-day repair and priority slots for dates such as engagements and weddings.
