Every piece from Lalezar is delivered with an invoice and a care card. The services below apply in the boutique of purchase and in our other boutiques.
Free services
- Annual professional ultrasonic cleaning and polishing
- Checking and tightening the settings (diamond prongs)
- One free resizing of up to one size on rings and bands
- Renewal of rhodium plating within the first two years (white gold)
Scope of the warranty
Workmanship and manufacturing defects are covered for life. Dents, breakage, chemical damage and lost stones from use are not covered; these are repaired at cost.
Returns and exchanges
Ready-made stock items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unworn and tagged. Bespoke and made-to-size pieces are excluded from returns.
Insurance
For high-value pieces we offer insured shipping on request and issue an appraisal report to add to your home insurance policy.
