Damla Emerald Pendant
A drop pendant with a 0.80 ct Colombian emerald framed by diamonds.
Damla places a Colombian emerald, known for its deep green, at its centre. The 0.80 ct pear-cut emerald is surrounded by twelve diamonds totalling 0.10 ct, and the yellow gold body brings out the warmth of the green.
Emeralds naturally carry inclusions (jardin) and are often oil-filled to improve clarity. Our report states the filling level (light / moderate) plainly; on this piece it is "light". As emeralds are sensitive to hard knocks, a soft brush and lukewarm water are recommended rather than ultrasonic cleaning.
